HAUS KÖNIGSWIESE is an architectural highlight: stylish, perfectly designed and confident. The L-shaped main building forms a protective barrier around the townhouse. The floor areas decrease as you move up the building, creating space for generous terraces, while the structure of the building takes on a lighter form due to the graduated design. The HAUS KÖNIGSWIESE project is nearing completion.

Current building progress

Interior and exterior work is progressing according to plan at the Haus Königswiese construction site. The parquet flooring is currently being laid. The final work is being carried out on the façade. Interior doors are also being installed as part of the interior work.
May 2025

Current building progress

The interior work is progressing rapidly: the cooling ceilings are currently being installed and plastered, the screed has been laid and the first floor coverings are being prepared. Progress is also being made on the outside - windows and shutters have been installed and the façade will be completed by the end of June. The car elevator has also been successfully installed.

The fit-out of the apartments is in full swing, walls are being erected and plastering work is being carried out.

Current building progress

The shell of HAUS KÖNIGSWIESE has been completed. The windows are being installed, while work on the façade and the shell installation is taking place at the same time. Nothing stands in the way of moving in in the fall of 2025.
July 2024

Current building progress

The structural work on the basement floors, including the underground garage with 21 parking spaces, has been completed. The main building is growing in height and the walls of the first floor are taking shape. The shell of the three-storey townhouse is expected to be fully completed by the end of July.

The structural work on the basement floors is currently in full swing. This means that the project is ideally on schedule and will be ready for occupancy in 2025 as planned.

The spades have been set, the excavation has begun. We carried out this special event together with the architectural office Landau + Kindelbacher, which was responsible for the planning.
