The historic VILLA GOETHE complex is being extensively renovated with great architectural care and further developed with an additional storey. The design preserves the character of the existing façade and interprets it in a contemporary way: clear lines, proportionate openings and a restrained roof landscape blend harmoniously into the cityscape of Ludwigsvorstadt. The result is a building that visibly reflects the dialogue between tradition and modernity.

Inside, around 2,250 m² of flexible, allergy-friendly office space will be created. The existing development will be certified according to LEED Gold (Core & Shell). This means that VILLA GOETHE will be sustainable not only in terms of its construction but also in terms of energy efficiency – a high-quality workplace that preserves historical substance while adding new architectural quality.
