ARCHITECTURE AND DESIGN

The façade made of Luserna gneiss and sunburnt gray old wood is contrasted with dark glazed wooden slats and black-coated metals, creating a special design tension. A special feature is the roof in the form of a cross gable with all-round filigree end details, the overhangs of which are supported by the striking cross struts. Generous window areas and their orientation open up spectacular views of the Wilder Kaiser and the Kochau. The gentle embedding in the slope allows for open, light-flooded rooms on all levels. Inside the chalet, high-quality materials such as plastered walls, light-colored linen fabrics and natural stone and wood surfaces create a warm, elegant atmosphere with an alpine feel.
